Information we collect
We collect relevant contact details, citizenship, residence, study interests, qualifications and correspondence through your forms and conversations with us. Application documents may be requested later. Required fields are identified; without them, we may be unable to handle your request.
How we use your information
We use your information to answer enquiries, provide study support, coordinate authorised applications, manage event registrations and review feedback. We explain the purpose and obtain consent where required; processing may also be necessary to deliver requested services or meet legal obligations.
You may give feedback without your name or contact details. We cannot reply personally unless you provide a contact method. Feedback is not published as a testimonial without permission.
Consent and marketing
Study updates and future event invitations are optional. We obtain your permission separately from messages about your enquiry, application or booking. Declining marketing does not affect our support. You can unsubscribe, ask us to stop on WhatsApp or contact us. An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you.
Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell your personal information. Relevant details may be shared with your chosen institutions for applications you authorise, our Saudi and Australian teams, service providers or authorities where legally required. Processing outside Saudi Arabia, including in Australia, requires applicable safeguards.
Security and retention
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict access to your information and monitor our systems for misuse. We keep enquiry and application records for 10 years from your application or last contact with us, for academic, administrative and legal purposes, then securely delete or anonymise them. A minimal opt-out record may be kept so we respect your preferences.
If a data breach affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authority within 72 hours.
Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, a copy, corrections or deletion, or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may verify your identity. Saudi privacy-rights requests are handled within 30 days unless a lawful extension applies. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
Cookies and external websites
Technical logs and necessary cookies may support site operation and security. Optional analytics and advertising will be explained before activation, with consent where required. Linked university, map and social websites have their own privacy policies.
Students under 18
For students under 18, we need written consent from a parent or legal guardian before we process their information. We only ask for what is needed to support them.
Events, photographs and recordings
We explain event photography and recording arrangements and obtain permission where required. Event registration is not blanket permission to use your image in marketing. Contact us with any concerns.
